Question So, these 'undated' 20p coins...

I'm guessing that over the past few months a few people on here have found one of these, if so then what have you done with it? Saved it? Sold it on? If so then how much did you get? I got one from KFC the other day and have been watching various ones go on Ebay since

people are idiots paying 400 quid and upwards for the ones from ebay

I reckon that most shopkeepers etc are the ones who pocketed them for themselves to sell on at a later date

My Mum works in the Post Office and she said someone got one in their change and told my Mum it was going straight on Ebay !

Someone at work got all excited over one until I broke it to him it needs to be undated both sides. I think if I find one I will ebay it, as long as I get more than 20p for it I win!

Interesting. I've got one and recently thought, who would actually buy it? The fact they've doubled their offer, means it'll be worth hanging onto for longer.

Again - why are they offering £100 per 20 pence coin?
To get rid of the embarrassment of their quality department?

Lol probably or to lock them in a vault and sell in 20 years. I really don't know why, but they can't want them back that bad cos there's loads on eBay going for less than £100. Easy £40 profit!

I am led t believe that it's not the actual 'mint' that are after them back, the link i've posted is to some other company.

I'm going to look into it in a bit more detail and I might buy another few from Ebay

I found a topic on moneysavingexpert about this crowd, seems like they don't play by the rules, I would avoid.
