As above, we was in the pub last night and asked about 6 or 7 people nobody knew

Windsor, but it should be Mountbatten.

Titled royals do not hold a surname, but when one is used, Queen Elizabeth Alexandra Mary II uses the name Windsor.

I agree with the above though, so maybe Mountbatton-Windsor.

Just call her Lizzy, youll be fine.

surname was originally Saxe-Coburg-Gotha

but changed to Windsor (House of) sometime during WW1

The royal family have a history of changing their names. If it wasn't for her title, and if Prince Philip hadn't changed his surname to Mountbatten, then she'd simply be known as Mrs Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glucksberg.
