OK, flame suit on, is using the word "mint" to describe something that you like very much, a bit on the chav / common side
I think it is, and am probably being a bit snobbish, but I'm not bothered ;-)

To say something is in mint condition isn't necessarily chavvy.
All depends on contexts and the way it's said.
It would appear that you may be being a tiny little bit snobbish
All depends on what part of the country you're from too I suppose.
One thing for certain, saying 'innit' 'blud/bruv' etc. etc. is ultra-chav.

Only few I have heard, personally I like to call everything sh*t like "that's the sh*t" and mostly "f*ck off it's sh*t you c*ock and I am not buying your sh*t" but I find simply saying f*ck all the time is theraputic, especially at work.

I think "mint", "luv", "vikkid" and "sterling" type of words are for chavs to use. Even the use of "sound!" instead of "great!" sounds a bit *that* way to me. In my opinion, all informal and slang words are chavvy. But I wholeheartedly support the use of such words and Urban Dictionary stuff etc. by at least 80% population. People who use such words makes me feel better about myself. It is good for my ego I look down upon such chavvy crowd. Similar to when I see poor spellers. That makes me feel more intelligent than them, even when I am just an average walkabout. It is a very "mint" feeling, really.
