It may not be murder but it probably is deeply unethical for a doctor to prescribe and/or administer a drug which is normally used as an emergency general anaesthetic. This is a drug not seen outside of hospitals and not normally used without a patient's vital signs being fully monitored.

So in administering a such a drug could be regarding as culpable homicide (manslaugher is not a charge in the US - I think it is third degree murder).

Anyway - for once I agree with STD Lover.

Well, someone has to be blamed, aye? Anyone other than himself, of course. At least the last "king" of music put himself out, no doubt. Trouble is, apparently, the "logs" show that "he" wanted the drugs, and the all the other drugs, and then the drug he called "milk", killed him, a hospital grade drug.

But, I must say, "his" Dr must have been "used" to the "demands" for drugs...and it was just too much...
