I'll start with Robert Carlisle as Franco Begbie telling it how it was in Trainspotting...
"...at the end of the day, i'm the cu*t with the pool cue and you can have the fat end in yer puss anytime ye fu*kin' want it"
and Samuel Jackson in Pulp Fiction after Vince shoots Marvin in the face...
"...i'm a superfly TNT mushroom cloud layin' muthafu*ker, muthafu*ker, so you're on brain detail..."
genius!

Maybe not the best line but one of the best scenes I have seen in a film is when Dennis Hopper in another Quentin Tarantino film True Romance, is caught in his trailer by the mafia who are looking for his son (Christian Slater)
After he's subjected to torture for lying to the mafia boss about where his son has gone, and after a long speach about the pantomines of lies and how he (Christopher Walken) the mafia boss can spot them.
Dennis Hopper then goes into great detail about the maternal parental history of Sicilians. After he totally insults the Mafia bosses ancestors, he says to the self proclaimed expert of "the pantomine of lies"
"That is a fact. Now tell me, am I lyin'??"
To which Christopher Walken responds by pulling out his gun and shoots him dead.
regards ian

The scene in the coffee shop between Robert de Niro and Al Pacino in "Heat".
"Even now when we have met face to face, I won't even hesitate to put you down, not for a second"
(quote might be not be exactly right, but if you've seen the movie you'll remember it)

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyrany of evil men.
Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truely his brothers keeper and the finder of lost children.
And I will strike down, with great vengence and furious anger, those who attempt to poision and destroy my brothers.
And you will know my name is The Lord, when I lay my vengence upon thee."
and Mr Tony Montana...
