Just this morning I saw at least 2 cases of stupidity.

1. Two women jogging 2 abreast on the left side of the road down a windy country lane. The pair of them obviously desparate for a Darwin award.

2. The driver of some sort of service vehicle who thought it fine to block the road by parking near a school opposite some parked cars, whilst he popped into some shops. Of course, the fact that he put his orange roof mounted flashing lights on made it OK.

I'm sure I would be providing a public service by removing these cretins from society.

Alternatively, as shooting may seem a tad excessive to namby pamby liberals, ship them off to an appropriately violent city such as Caracas, Johannesburg or Bracknell.

Deal with them using the ever popular "ways and means" act. Emergency stop behind the joggers (far enough to be safe and if no vehicles are behind you), the noise will frighten them.
Service vehicle..... Just breakdown in front of it... Hazards on wait for him to come out of the shop then go in yourself.

When I am being tailgated for doing 30 in a 30 now I just wait until I am at a junction whack my hazards on and walk out of the car.
I am past caring if it annoys people, The world is full of stupid people whos stupid actions go un punished.

I wouldn't waste my tyre rubber. I'd sneak up behind them quietly, and give them both a taste of my horn!

I am always surprised at people using their hazard warnings as an excuse, or so they think, for parking where they shouldn't.

It is actually counted as an offence to do that so they could get done twice for one offence!
