basicly a new website for a new business...

Word of warning here.
Google (the only search egnine that really matters, in the UK at least) does not take kindly to random link swapping.
Any links that appear from and to a website should be genre specific and Google will even smell a rat if links appear at an unrealistic rate. E.g. 1 link one week, 100 the next, 500 the next trathee than a more gentle and realistic growth.
Any contravnetion of these 'rules' and Google can actually mark your site down in the search engine rankings.

there's better ways to do it
you need people to 'talk' about your site - ie have textually significant hyperlinks within relevant sites. Other links are likely to be a waste of time at best.
You could of course set up a blog, talking about your own website...
