This happened at our local illegal gypsy site menorca lane
the parents have been known to put methadone with the babies milk to "shut the little **** up" unfortunately they had not told the grandparents it seems.
Such loveable folk, is it no wonder the council seem set to grant retrospective planning permission to them.

Hopefully he'll be put in care.
One of the young lads moved there after his parents house got repossessed,first day after work they had ransacked his caravan taking his mobile, tv laptop and his stash of golden Virginia.
Even the police are scared to go there
