Succession to the throne
Im not one to normally moan about politicians etc, theyre all as bad as each other but hasnt this pr!ck got better things to do? I wish the queen would tell me to go **** a pig or something...

I like it when you make me laugh like that. This is really sweet!
On the other hand, Brown has seen his @rse in Brazil. He has to do something to make people think of something else. TBH, I am all for plans to change the rules of succession to the throne, including giving royal women equal rights. That's because something as useless as monarchy still exists in the UK. If it were me, I would have launched the throne into the space by now! Kings and queens with presidential status are like muppets in this so-called democratic country. They are hardly of any use but to just centralise the wealth on the name of keeping the tradition alive. Even then, queen looks like a granma cutey 
, I have to say. I am not so keen on her husband. He looks like a sly streetwise twohat. Apparently he called Simon Cowell "sponger". I would expect a duke not to even know a word like that! I think he never went to a private school.

I do like the monarchy, its a long standing tradition and think its something many other Commonwealth countries like about us. It brings quite a number of tourists to this boring island too

Born in London wasnt she? Her Father, George 6th was born in England too. Charlie is next in line. Hes English, argue it all you like, born in this country, Speaks the Queens English, theyre as English as you or I. If you were going to be funny, you'd probably find out you were French or something
In fact, a little look into it, George's father, the 5th was born in England, His father Edward the 7th, born in Buckingham Palace, Victoria before him, English....

as soon as I heard this on the news this morning I thought 'great, the country's back to normal, recessions over & poor old Mr Brown has got to think of something else to fill his time'!!!
For ***** sake, surely he has more important things to deal with, like how to protect the capital next week..................

Well it is a bit unfair at the moment. A Muslim, Hindu, Jew, Buddist can marry into the family but not a Roman Catholic. Before Charles had children, if he died for some reason then the throne went to Andrew (and Fergie at one time) but I think a lot of people would have preferred a Queen Anne instead.

Standard NL philosophy. Think of another headline to try to take our attention away from the total mess they have made of this country in just about every respect!
There was no point whatsoever in bringing something like this up, especially when we see so many really important matters to be attended to.

Stuff the BBC poll. I carried out my own poll today:
75% of those asked agreed that I should immediately be appointed King.
The other 25% did not express an opinion since he is only my 1 year old son who can't talk yet.
