They sometimes don't complete whole moves. Half way up or down pullups, bent arms etc is just cheating the set. If you are going to do it then do it properly.

I have a chin up bar in the garage, I can do about 3 but then its not really an in demand skill, those guys are impressive, some amazing feats of strength but personally I don't have all day to lurk round the kids play park fannying about on the climbing frame.

TBH, it is mostly pointless but it's kind of satisfying (well the stuff I can do anyway). Just nice having a good power to weight ratio. Makes a lot of stuff easier. Not doing a vid - I have already suffered enough ridicule after my pyjama pics...
I'm not in that league for some stuff but can do 30ish pull ups, probably 150-200 press ups (proper ones) and some gymnastic handstandy stuff. Mostly pointless but people seem to like it.
Now a quick tale to amuse SNers at my expense...
I went on a stag do last year. It was a bit tame and we were all beered up so we started larking about a bit.
Outside the Pitcher and Piano (Bristol water front) are some wooden planter things - about 3ft high solid wood barriers. Two had a perfect shoulder width gap in them. So put a hand on each and pushed myself up into a handstand (from a hanging "dip" position - this is actually bloody difficult). Cue rounds of applause and a rather pleased me.
Then three people that missed it asked me to do it again...
So I did it again and held the handstand for a good few seconds... then overbalanced...then toppled over... then lost my grip...then fell head first onto the concrete ground, smacking my hip on a metal stool and ripping a good section of my ear apart. I got up, bled all over the place and stumbled home with a massive headache! Doh!!
