Got the card game merchandise: it's actually quite good. We play it with our 3 year old son if we fancy a quick drink in the pub ! Keeps him quiet, but the lucky beggar nearly always wins!

Spring is whenever nature decides. Sping is a season, not a day on a calender.

Its only humans that try and put a specific number to it.

I was saying exactly the same thing to the missus on the way to Waitrose today. I've always wanted to write the words: "vernal equinox": sounds like a good name for a band, or just a little bit rude!

First day of Spring has always been 21st March for as long as can remember too. Nonetheless, The Hungry Caterpillar rules! Read it to my 3rd old daughter at bedtime - she also has a matching crockery set and audio CD of the story that were given to her on her Christening.
