Quite funny and warming really. I like the use of alot of derogatory terms used against his neighbours but very good to see him open his eyes to befriend them in the end.
Superb film IMO and a nice easy watch

Brilliant film, funny in parts, for the wrong reasons, as said above Eastwood should get an Oscar for his part both director and lead actor. It's a must see

Agreed, great film
Old skool grumpy bugger that hates anything non american, and isnt afraid of voicing EXACTLY how he feels
I loved it, great ending too

I thought it was ok but not Oscar worthy, good story and an unexpected ending.
Worth a watch but definately not up to the hype and the trailer makes it look much better then it actually is.

Not great tbh.
Slow burners are all well and good. But this one takes too long to get going. The ending is curious, not sure if I feel short changed or not.
