Whilst that is a terrible story I do have ask, do you read the Daily Mail?

PH - If there was any justice, he would get the maximum tariff available for causing death by dangerous driving.
In todays GB (Grim Britain) He'll probably get given a TomTom.

Not really any worse than using a satnav: but thats not the point. Id expect him to be sent to gaol for at least four years, maybe six. Harsh when compared to the tariffs for criminals who commit 'crime', but a reflection on the tragic number of deaths and the higher standard of driving expected.

...so the defence is that the family were already dead from hitting the lorry in front, so Paulo Jorge Nogueira da Silva can't have killed them!
