Default school/work

anyone here have any advice to help with better concentration and focus?? nothing has changed in my lifestyle (sleep about 9 hours, eat well and workout), but my mental state isn't what it used to be (maybe cause im older)

i'm having the same problems at the moment, just don't care about anything to do with work thus can't concentrate or stay focused.

it sucks! i know they sell all these kind of pills at the health stores and stuff, but not sure if i want to go that route.

Exercise more. It sorts out almost anything.
