Extreme, Obscene Pornography
Not really my thing, although some of the things on sites like rotten would probably fall foul to this: Extreme **** law goes live next week - are you ready? ? The Register

There are two defences to a charge under this act: that you were participating with a consenting partner in the scenes depicted (and no law was broken in the creation of those scenes), or that the scenes exist wholly within a BBFC rated film (DVD, video, etc.). Both these defences have their flaws. The first does not apply to the person taking the photo - unless they were also participating in the act. Since the law will apply on an image by image basis that probably means that you must include some (identifiable) part of your anatomy in every shot
im off to get a tattoo on my big fella so it can be identified

What the Government deems to be **** and what someone else does are two different things.
I am not remotely interested in ****, I have far better things to do. But, at the end of the day, what the hell has it got to do with this Government what people do. It is now beyond a joke
They will be wanting cameras in our bedrooms next, just in case any of us are into kinky sex.

Don't like your put-down of **** there, Lesley. Many, many women ARE into **** and i'm sure they wouldn't look upon that interest as being borne out of having "nothing better to do"...

I agree entirely. But then not everybody subjected to such material can restrain themselves (pardon the pun) from seeking out their fantasies on unwilling victims. As ever it's the stupid who spoil it for the responsible.

Good point. We can ever more graphic, gory, violent films but a little mclovin is not allowed.
Tells me that 90% of the cabinet aren't getting any at home, so why should anybody else

I'm sorry -- not up to the usual posting of women!
Basically extreme violence for sexual gratification. So it depends what that married couple get up to.

Who is a sex starved middle aged politician to tell you what you can and can't look at?
If I came across something like that, then I would simply close it and not look at it. Not my cup of tea, but I'm hardly going to be scarred for life and traumatised.
Although I agree, kids should be kept from seeing anything like that at all costs.
Saying that, I think sex education in schools is terrible. I can honestly say that I didn't take in one single piece of information about sex or relationsips from the lessons I had. I also don't think totally sheltering kids is a good idea either. What harm does it do to have them knowing how things are? Sheltering is more likely to cause them to behave in strange ways later in life, probably resulting in extreme/violent sexual interests later in life. So I think the do gooders aren't doing much good at all. As usual.

Doesnt seem as though the definition is very clear. Page 3?
More labour big brother, deciding what we can watch or do. Its all for our own good of course, as we are not capable of making simple decisions.
