T_Mobile Contract ... How to ?
How do i cancel a new phone contract ? Its only 3 months old but the two phones are p!sh.
Both them are on business 18 month contracts.

you don't cancel them
if you do, you'll have to pay the contract period off which will be the same as just keeping the things active. you signed the agreement, you're stuck with them.
if the phones are faulty, then use it as leverage..... if not, have fun trying

I wrote to head office as new address is in a black spot for T-Mobile which they also proved via the tech peeps. I had asked the store before I took the contract out if I would have coverage and was assured no problems which turned out to be very very very wrong.
Head office wrote back I returned my phone and now have a new contract with a new company who can give me the service I require.
If its just crap phones then I dont fancy your chances but might be worth a try.
