Theoretical situation, but could you be sacked for drinking a nice chilled beer at w*rk, if it was 0% alcohol

If your companies terms and conditions site "no alcohol" then that means nothing with alcohol content.
I dare say that drinking alcohol free beer might be looked at as deliberately antagonising your bosses though.

If it states in your contract no Beer etc then the % alcohol content is not important. They can set their own terms. its up to to you if you accept them.
i wont allow smoking or drinking any alcohol during the working day.on or off site. Its my terms.
