I had to check the news for this, how sad, she was soo funny espcially when she use to belt Compo (Bill Own) with her broom as he went for her stockings

I am sorry to hear about her death. She was one of the real stalwarts on "Summer Wine" which I still watch regularly. She and Compo are a hard act to follow, although I have to say that the casting in "Summer Wine" has always been of the highest order with outstanding scriptwriting to suit..
