We are still getting a small bonus this year but thats only due to it being based on last years figures. Its been accounted for so the money is there to be paid. What has been decided is that only 50% will be paid. We've also had to let one person go and have no plans to increase wages for at least 12 months.

My main boss (I have a few jobs) doesn't give bonuses as such, just does nights out and pays for absolutely everything he's quality. Plus he has a mint range rover which he's let me borrow on and off this year
When I worked for Parceline or mcdonalds (When i was young) was the best
@ Mcdonalds we'd get an absolute stinker of a xmas night out fully paid for, plus a full party booked out somewhere also paid for, small bonus aswell at xmas
parceline had a few nights paid for @ xmas, but double wages SO we'd get like 800quid over xmas and two days off really good

I haven't had a pay rise in the last 2 years, and have just had my hours cut by 30% ( I get paid by the hour).
No Christmas do's, bonuses or sick pay either.
Still at least I have a job - for now

In my last job I really wanted to find out just how tight my boss was as she was stunning, it turned out she was probably very tight as she was a rug muncher and not in to men She didn't even let me watch!!

We get £10 towards our Christmas dinner. Not great, but seeing as I'm in the public sector, I would hate to be spending tax payer's money inefficiently.
