Default A different kind of watch

Okay - so we've had loads of threads about majorly expensive watches on here.... but I've never seen a watch that fits an ideal I have..

What I would like in a watch is it to be something similar to a wristband like this:

but with an ultra thin watch kind of embedded in there - analogue or digital.

I find the 'normal' wrist watches too clunky and thick to be comfortable and thin / metal straps annoying.

If there was something that looked like those wristbands, but not necessarily as wide I would certainly have one.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

Saw them, but not them

It's kinda LIKE them - if that makes sense... you know: WIDE and thin wristband with a thin watch embedded in.

have a look on ebay at OHSEN watches. Thick rubber wristband, with a nice smart face. They are a chinese company specialising in sports type watches. Good thing is they are very cheap as well

I do have a nice watch I'll wear if we are going out, but given you always have a phone on you--- well you always know the time !!

plus I've never been able to keep a watch for more than a few years without loosing or breaking it !

Can't help but the Nike one looks like you'd scratch your head wiping sweat away with half sweatband/half watch.

Sports watch to me is one that you take off while playing sport and don't care if it gets nicked.

Presuming we are talking about an everyday watch though?

Yes please Sal

and Loz - yup an everyday watch that is thin and comfortable to wear - almost like it's not there at all if that makes sense.

Looking for the Ohsen now - thanks

I cant believe Kieran has not revieved an infraction for this post, infact should be a straight ban.........Red Card me thinks.

Dont like big cluncky watches..................WHATS WRONG WITH YOU.

If you want a nice thin dainty wrist band, get a friendship band and tell the time off your phone.
