Love the way the sand puts out the brake fire. Top job!

Probably over the max weight (overloaded), too hot, too much vodka/whiskey, and not enough maintenance!
This is what my mates say about Russian(s) aircraft operations in Angola and the sorts.........

Yes I agree and he must have been forced to apply the brakes above the emergency maximum braking speed.

From the start the takeoff did not look healthy.

Could have ended worse I guess.
