Default home cinema help which one to buy

I want to buy a all in one system this week but cant find the right one thats why i am asking for some help.

I would like something i can connect my x box 360 to, my samsung r88 tv and a 5.1 sound.

I would like a good looking system to keep the girlfriend of my back it cant ruin her living room lol.

I dont really want to spend more than £300 would you advise sticking to the samsung models to match my tv or does it not really matter.

I have been looking at the following models what do you think.

Sony dav dz660

samsung ht tz315r

Samsung x810r i know its only 2.1

Any other ideas.

Thanks for the help

I personally think B&O or a lifestyle system.

Been there & done it with the cheaper ones. It really is worth extra sound is far better with virtually no distorsion.

Samsung ht-x310r fro Dixons online

You wil be able to connect your 360 via optical for 5.1. You wont get 5.1 from your tv though (unless you have sky/virgin/box with optical out)
Also enter code: sam310r for £50.00 off.

go second hand you'll get more for your money!

this isn't bad!

Sony 6.1 Amplifier & Full Set Of Eltax Speakers on eBay, also, Speakers Hi Fi, Home Audio Hi Fi, Consumer Electronics (end time 26-Sep-08 16:11:59 BST)

then you can learn from it....... and improve it bit by bit!

spend abut more and go for onkyo ideally the 606 amp then you'll be better off when hd comes ally more mainstream. I bought some onkyo speaker sets come upto £570 in total.

Onkyo 605 came highly reccommend by magazines and the 606 is going to be the same

I just bought this for my Home Setup

Sony HT-DDWG800 only £240.

It takes XBox and SKY HD HDMI connections and then connects via HDMI to the telly. Just switch the input on the Amp and the telly pics and sound switch between Sky and Xbox.
Will also be adding a PC to this, again all I need to do is connect the PC via HDMI to the amp and away I go
