Default Cancelling virgin

i wanna get out of my virgin contract but still within the first 12 months had them for about 6 months. wanna go to sky is there anyway i can get out of it? good excuses like moving abroad or anything?

Would not have thought so, other than a buy out of contract payment.

tell them you are going to end up in prison... and wont be able to pay.... they may just cancel your agreement

Was it an 0870 or 0845 number ?? lol in which case, that explains why.

If they defo wont let u cancel try downgrading it to the lowest package.. better than nowt. U still get the internet cheaper then too

Can't fault the speed and connection here - for the past 7 yrs i've had a cable modem - however the recent introduction of traffic management when u hit certain thresholds is a bit of a bitch and a massive negative on the service IMHO. Traffic management - Help - Virgin Media

Try getting rid of them when your contract runs out. It means **** all to them.

Quite possibly the worst company, for customer service, I've had to deal with with.

that's my problem with them it's quick early hours of morning (20mb) but when I get in from work 6pm 5mb at best. Which annoys me , can't download anything to watch for the night lol
