New car tax bands??????????
Does anyone know if vehicle licensing have published a list of prices for the new car tax rip off being introduced? Not just for brand new vehicles but a list of every model since march2001?
Reason being that ive currently got a 2000 model Ford Ranger which i understand wont be subject to emmisions-related tax but, am thinking of getting maybe a 2004 model that probably got high emmisions and so dont want to be paying say £400 a year!
Anyone in the know about this??

You don't need a model list. Google the CO2 rating and see what band it lands on in the table.

Ford Ranger?!?
I wouldn't buy one of those if I were you. There is one advertised 'trade' in the local rag, forget what what year but quite new - 7/8K or so. It has been there for several weeks now, clearly nobody wants to know.
