Bought by my son's mate's mum have turned out to be duff. Company doesn't exist any more

Really teed me off as James had been looking forward to this all year.

And, of course, his mate's mum didn't think to use a credit card and used a debit card instead so I doubt if there's any chance of getting the money back.

Any one else been taken?

Dave, if the debit card has a VISA symbol on it I believe you are covered under the Act relevant to Credit Cards

Yes, if its got VISA on it you will be covered.

I bought mine from seetickets - still not delivered as of todays post.
I'd be very annoyed if I had plans to travel up a day or two early - I understand sending out tickets late to stop black market/fake tickets ect but 2 days before the event is way too close.

What company did she use? A mate bought tickets for leeds from SOS master ticket, and it looks like they've done us. Luckily bought with credit card though.

I see tickets are around the £280 mark now on e-bay (for the weekend camping ones). david
