I'm currently killing off quite a few people around the world with Andromdea, oh, it seems they are now deploying the Vaccine. Let's see how drug resistant my little darling is

It's rather addictive. I think I'm going to relocate to Madagascar, as it seems the place is rather resilient to infection as it's only got a shipyard and no airport.

Here are some tips for you all...
WARNING SPOILERS!
This is what I've found to be pretty effective in wiping the meatbags from the face of the earth.
Start the game, select "Parasite" as your type.
In the Disease screen, you want "Fever" as the symptom, "Rodent" as the transmission type. You also want Cold I, Heat I, Moisture I, and Drug I. You probably won't be able to get all of that from the first start. Typically if I don't have fever when I start, I sell it, then go back to the game screen, speed things up, get some points, then go back in and get the transmission, then the symptom, then the resistances.
You then want to wait and gather more points and purchase the remaining Drug levels.
The idea here is that a parasite is fairly well undetected, as is the symptom of a fever. The rodent method will ensure it gets to Madagascar, which is one of the hard places to infect as it is only accessible via boat, and we know rodents love boat rides, so that will help. The heat, cold and moisture will ensure it gets to other places, and the drug resistance will prevent the vaccine from killing you off.
Basically once you have this setup, you wait, possibly for quite a long time, until all the countries are infected. During this wait, as you gather points, you may want to increase heat, cold and moisture to level II, just to help things spread a little quicker.
Once all the countries are infected I then typically add all the other transmission types, and get the other resistances up to their max values, typically I go with moisture first, as that combined with waterborne will cause the water facilities to be infected.
You can then start adding symptoms. I tend to go with vomiting, cysts, and kidney/liver failure. Basically trying to up the lethality and/or infectious nature of the little darling.
It's then a case of sitting back and letting your "child" kill everyone.
