Why not just get all citizens to wear one all the time, all controlled by police officers and government officials? That would solve all crime, for sure.

That is a frightening thought. These people in charge are really beginning to get above themselves now. Can't believe the authorities are showing signs of interest in the bracelets.

As Henrik says, it is not such a great step to what he can see happening eventually.
