Default Government offers free doughnuts for voters..
Not wishing to cast aspersions on the kind of people who would come out probably during the day to vote in order to be given a doughnut, but I do think this is labour clutching at straws...

I would imagine donuts would be a highly efficient way of getting your average Labour voter out of bed and to the voting booth. Deep fry them and they might even pull off a coop at the next election.
