I live about half a mile from our local public park.
This morning I was woken at 8:30 by what I thought was some tosser with his radio on too loud Turns out that what it actually was, was a 'fun day' organised by all our local 'Christian' communities complete with a stage and live music (nobody you've ever heard of), so we've all been 'entertained' by various sh!te bands at excessive volume all day, culminating in some god-awful gangsta crapping for the last two hours up to the switch off at 8:30 tonight

Oh yeah, apparently this was a two day affair, yesterday they had a day of preaching and lessons in throughout the park
I took the dog for a walk in there at about 6:30 last night, the amount of rubbish left lying around throught the whole place had to be seen to be believed It was like there had been an international fly-tippers convention in there
Dirty ******* disrespectful tw@ts, and they wonder why they can't get normal people through their doors

Take loads of pics, get the local rag to print a story and write to the leaders of the cult expressing your distaste, including the pics to validate your findings. Embarrass the hypocritical to55ers, preaching all high and mighty and saving their souls from salvation whilst making a God-awful mess and inflicting themselves on others

I wish I did Jay
Even that Jay Zed character's 'singing' would have been preferable to the talentless tossers we had to put up with all day yesterday

Yeah we heard that all day as well.
It wouldnt have been too bad if they had kept it at a constant volume but they must have had a five year old in charge of the PA as the volume was up and down.
Been through the park this morning and round near the pavillion is clean but the rest of the park is filthy.
Did anyone see anything advertising this? I havent! If I'd know i'd have objected.

I remember Macclesfield. It became a family joke! Long time ago I was trying to get to Oulton Park in time for scrutineering and had to go through your home town CPD. It took ages because the road signs were rubbish and I was getting well and truly wound up. The family still remembers it! Luckily I got there with about 2 minutes to spare.

Maccs not much different to most towns with regard to traffic, its bad in the morning and evening but quiet during the summer holidays, wonder why?
What makes through traffic slow though, especially that going from Buxton to Knutsford, is those infernal roundabouts between the town centre and broken cross. In fact most mornings its so slow its quicker to walk!

We're signposted for local Les, our council nicked the idea off Stoke-on-Trent :
You want to try driving through at the minute mykp, for some reason it's been decided that traffic will flow much better if they remove the traffic lights from all the major junctions and replace them with temporary ones that only allow one stream of traffic at a time to move

Do what anyone would do, like when gypsies arrive phone the cop shop and ask them to move the English gypsies away, execpt the difference is the God Brothers they are not allowed to interact with other people.

Yep and I wonder how long it will carry on, noticed a workman putting a new pole up at the end of chestergate this morning, so we might have some new light. Dunno why they took the old ones down there was sod all wrong with them Suppose they have to spend out council tax somehow.
Park lane is a joke as well, the top is still blocked off at the college (why I dont know as they havent been doing anything near the college for 3 weeks now) and now theres temporary lights at the junction with bond street.
Went to thompsons on saturday from nearly the hospital and it took me 40 minutes due to the traffic and temporary road works.
Thats why I walk so much, its quicker

I reckon this bunch in the park are being unreasonable and also I don't think much of the mess being left behind. I hope you were able to find the leader of the band and let him know how you feel about it all.
