FFS! I've really noticed my outgoing increase in the last few months - mainly due to fuel and food increases (and getting a 0% pay increase - or in reality a pay cut, due to company way off targets due to credit crunch)
I'm lucky enough to have a fairly big disposible income due to not having a family, but I'm still feeling the pinch now. I hate to think how families with more mouths to feed are coping...

We sell it to Europe in the summer and they basically rip us off in the winter when we want it back.
That's if they let us have it back at all!!
