Default Isle of Wight

I am sending a large and heavy parcel to the isle of wight that I sold on Ebay. Does this cost more than sending it to somewhere in England.

Yes, I believe it does. Check at the post office or go online to whoever is shipping it to find out the details.

Cheers mate. I've been on the Post Office web site but when you click on overseas country there is no option for Isle Of Wight. He has already paid for this item through paypal and has only paid the normal amount to post in the UK.

Hmmm, I guess you will have to take it to the Post Office and see what the difference is then. As this person lives on the IoM you can be sure they know if there will be any extra to pay. They should be OK with it if there is a premium, unless of course your ad stated that you would post it anywhere in the world at standard UK rate

P.S. I have no idea why you mention Isle of Wight in your last post

Isle of Wight is serviced as the mainland. The Isle of Man is a completely different proposition. Id suggest double checking the address with the purchaser.....
