Default Strange how things turn out at times...

I have been off work for about 5 months now, and am due to return to work next week, for a few hours at least.

Just got a text to say..... my boss just quit!
So that should make the legal case against my employer interesting to say the least.

Needless to say I am going to be VERY cautious returning to work now, and get a lot of things in writing.

So if your boss has gone, does that make you in charge? If so, sack yourself and claim unfair dismissal

I'm full of good ideas

Can you make sure you only turn up for the overtime periods and increase your earnings?

I tend to work in a new style, its called, undertime.
Work far less hours and earn just as much if you were to work twice as much lol
As far as I know, im not going back to my primary job just yet anyway, but it remains to be seen what I am actually going to be doing.
