Driver nearly collides head on with me by performing a blind overtake of a 4x4 that had taken a big left swing to pull into their driveway between two parked cars on the other side of the road to me. See rest of report ... View/Hide the full details of this report

I was travelling in one direction and there was a land rover in the other. Behind him was a Subaru. The driver of the land rover had some parked cars to overtake and then took a large swing to pull into his driveway. The Subaru driver thought it quite acceptable to not only overtake the parked cars, but to overtake the land rover in a blind overtaking move. This meant that the Subaru was now on my side of the road and I had nowhere to go. Had I not taken action, there could have been a head on collision due to the reckless behaviour of the subaru. Im marking this as a RED because no blind overtaking on the wrong side of the road against opposing traffic should ever be tolerated, and the next time, someone could be killed or seriously injured, car driver or pedestrian.

Love it............. some of the reports on that site are laughable
"Inconsiderate parking" "Vehicle parked over it's white line" "Someone on mobile phone"
Get a life you sad git's, we might have a grumble about it but I am damn sure I am not going to log every driver I see breaking the law..... I'd fill an A4 note pad in a day and half of those would be things that I didn't do quite right or to the letter of the law!!
I bet most of the members on their are also part of green peace, neighbourhood watch, anti 4*4 or infact any car that doesn't sip petrol like Mavis Riley sips her sherry and believe that our current approach to to young offenders etc is too hardcore.
Right that's enough............... and breath, and in........ and out
I'll be off then
GB
By the way, I saw someone today driving a car at 31mph in a 30!!! Must dash off and report that one
