Default Is there anything to do in Slough?

I'll be in Slough next Wednesday. Is there anything to do there or should I just jump in my car and escape as soon as I've finished at the appointment?

The industrial estate is worth a visit if you like the smell of Mars bars.

You lot paint a really positive picture of the place So do I need to disconnect the car battery, remove the alloys and steering wheel just to make sure no-one half-inches it? :eeK

I wouldn't even take a clapped out old ****heap to slough... you'd come back to an empty space or find it ablaze..

They have to have at least one dodgy character in each town... christ, they even let Swiss Tony out in public

It depends where you are going to park..I would not leave a decent car in one of the town centre car parks but you may be lucky and be going to the trading estate. It is huge and has alot of big companies on it and most have some sort of secure parking.

It's decreasing now as the quality of life is better in Eastern Europe.

Go to Windsor, only 3 miles away and it has the Thames, Castle, Eton, better restaurants etc. Lots more to to and see there.
