Default Running before breakfast....

I go running in the morning but don't eat before I go.
I usually go very early before work etc so I don't have time to eat, wait for it to digest, and then run.
Therefore, I start to flag a bit half way round, and then I'm Starvin' Marvin when I get home.
What would be the best thing to consume before I run without making me puke during my run?

I normally make a smoothie from natural yoghurt, a banana, raspberries, an apple, a few seeds and a splash of vanilla. But you can put just about anything in.

Try a High five or Maxim Energy bar,or a couple of Nutri Grain cereal bars..
