I take it you mean supplements.Creatine is good for muscle building,it comes in powder drink or capsules..or you can now get an all in one powder drink that you mix with milk or water.it contains creatine,Whey protein,L-glutamine,Monohyrate,and HMB..Holland and Barrett stock quite a few of these supplements.or just google supplements and order off the web.Met RX is pritty good but is on the more expensive side..

Then if you was sticking to a workout programme, you should of been gaining results.or was you falling into the trap alot of people do and expect massive results after one month of workout..or was you just not happy with the creatamax which i have'nt tried..the creatine caps from Holland And barrett (Body Fortress) i found pritty good, and gained results, considering its half the price of Met Rx..

there is no single supplement that will do both at the same time. A good fat burner is CNP Sida Cordifola (it is legal but they say do not use if you will be IOC tested), makes you drink loads of water though as it gives you a dry mouth (water is good anyway and will help with fat loss). I also had good effect with original hydroxcut (not hardcore), I used these when I lost just over 3 stone last year (cycled them and the sida cord)

For building lean muscle it depends on your size anyway to start with. The best way to gain lean muscle and lose fat is by having a clean diet, which includes clean protein, and cut back on carbs. If you like your carbs then you can get legal supplements that dont allow your body to process them, however it means frequent trips to the toilets and sloppy turds!

On ebay there is a very effective fat burner called T5, however its not the cheaper ones you want, the picture is of a white tub (may be labeled Skull and Crossbones) and what looks like largish white capsules. I believe these are a very strong ECA stack so read up about that if you go that route,

At the time I was taking the creatamax i was in my fighters class for kickboxing so my training consisted of
2X1.5Hour sparring sessions (wed/sat)
then sunday, tuesday thursday were cardio 4 mile run and then 1hour on the cross trainer, with the very odd light weight day thrown in,maybe once a fortnight.I used maximuscle creatamax and there creatine caps along with on training days viper (before, during and after training) and recovermax as well.

the creatine wont realy benefit you whilst doing light weights and mainly cardio, or it certainly wont give you any lean muscle mass, maybe just help preserve your muscle that you would be wasting from cardio

you need to be on a proper weight training programme to gain benefits from these supplements.Creatine works best when you are on a heavy, not the odd day light weight training programme, that where you seem to be misunderstanding,as it dont really work that well with light weight cardio exercise..But it hasn't been a total loss,as the supplements has probably helped you not loose any more muscle,so although you probably haven't gained any muscle, you most likely haven't lost any either..
