you might be lucky and just get billed for what ever the marked price on box is or if they open it up they could come to their own value.either way parcel force or whoever delivers box will send a mail too you detailing fee's/payment etc.

Usually if the update shows its stopped with customs, some carriers wont release it untl the duties are paid. I had the same with Fedex and I work for them. Could not be cleared til it was paid for.
As for what they charge, it can be comparative to the UK market, especially if the shipper has made a bull5hit value declaration. They will make their own valuations of it.
Like I say, because its been stopped, the chances of getting away with duty on it is as good as gone. Have you supplied a phone number on there? Otherwise they may write to you. Few collect on delivery now.

Had my N95 a year now.. and love it ! Can;t wait for the N96, apparently it has an inbuilt FM transmitter!
My N95 has allready replaced my TomTom, K800i, and Ipaq. The N96 can then replace my ipod in the car too!

The N96 looks mean I would like one of those just to play with for a week.
Time to get rid of my 95 soon though I think. Only use it as the secondary phone now anyway, so time to get something up to date

Worst case I can see is that customs will charge you the duty on the UK value of the phones ( which they will if the seller has put some made up figure on the declaration ) - then you'll get the handling fee etc... added.
You'll then have an even more expensive box of fake phones than you thoughy you were getting.

If they arent genuine theyll be seized and destroyed: otherwise youll have to pay duty and VAT at the prescribed rate, along with handling fee to the courier.
