Has anyone out there hired a supercar form one of the many hire sites? As a once in a life time thing, ive been seriously considering hiring maybe a Lamborghini Gallardo but having read some of the small print, i get the impression that if you so much as fart in the car, your lose some of your "security bond" ! For that bond they also want at least £3500!!
Anyone taken the plunge out there and actually hired something similar? did it go well or did they try and creme more cash off you when returning?
Also it seems you only get third party insurance? , so surely you've had it if you prang it and its your fault?!
Would really like to go for it but dont want to be bankrupted or worse in the process!!

i know where your coming from there matey , and lets be realistic would you really want to hire a supercar and know that 1 doughnut could cause you lots and lots of grief ? would be tremendous though

I looked at the F430 Spider but was around £700 for the day with 150 miles I think. Whilst it would be nice to blat through a few tunnels with the roof down you could guarantee it would be pissing it down.

Better off spending £300 at Thruxton or similar where you can drive several at full chat under professional guidance.
