Long shot I'm sure, but I'd rather offer this on SN first as a/ I'm in Spain and finding the suitable person in the UK isn't easy, b/ I have an undying love for Scoobynet and c/ I'm a tight ****....

I have a UK Ltd company (sole director, outright shareholder) and a Spanish employee (the company is web design and search engine optimisation). Well, she's a Scot living in Spain who works currently for me a a sole trader in Spain. She pays tax here in Spain. I need a UK 'freelance' contract drawn up which gives a 3 month rolling commitment both sides, small holiday entitlement, profit sharing bonus, intellectual property and copyrights etc. Nothing too messy, but just the fact I need the contract to be governed by UK law and between a UK company and an expat domiciled overseas.

If anyone is able to rite such a document, I'll pay you for your services. Please PM me with a price etc.
