BT are ****e, we tried to get a line re-activated, it took three months. We put an official complaint in and said that if we didnt receive a substantive reply within 7 days we were going elsewhere, which we did in the end, still alot of hasstle. After we had moved to a new supplier we get a call from BT customer services asking how they can help and were replying to our email from months earlier.
BT are just too big. Sometimes you get good service, ie someone who is not in an Indian call centre. We have had good experiences on two occasions, but horrid ones on about 20 others
I thought BT and Sky were both awful to deal with - but then I had to deal with British Gas. They specialise in sh1te systems and employing thick people in this country.
Ive been battling with BT broadband for 11 months now, their service is utter $hit. Meant to be on a 2meg line, on a good day 400kps on a bad day 112kps.
When you call their call center what a bunch of muppets
the indian language problem, ask immediately for a supervisor, and insist on it.
you just get through to a colleague who is equally vague and useless! ive taken a name each time and used it on the next call as a reference, each time this person dosent exist you must have written the name down incorrectly (confirmed phonetically each time )
