How do you buy a N95 8gb
I have decided that I want a N95 8gb in black but seeing as I have just taken out a new contract with a useless K850i an upgrade is out of the question. I am loath to use eBay so what other options do I have to purchase the phone.

Well, if your new phone is useless, then tell that to your provider and ask them to replace it with something else. You'll need something factual though, not "I don't like it"! When something goes wrong/doesn't work is a good time, even something simple like the call list not working. Has worked for me in the past. Good luck.

Dont forget the N82 has come out, same features, tweaked a bit and can be had for £300, bit more conventional as well.
Or,
Buy a Nokia N95 (UK, Black, 8GB), #NOKIA_N95_8GB - eXpansys UK

My Vodafone contract is up, been with them for 5yrs or so, need the number as its for buisness, and they want £250 to let me have the N95 8GB on top of another 18mth contract, the only phones they'll let me have for free are all a bit shabby, tried the old " i will take my buisness elsewhere trick" but they were having none of it.

As for how much. More to the point, its something you can actually use, and has more functionality than the wonderful iPhone lol

got mine last week said no at first asked for my pac number, they rang me for three days on the trot (only on a £35 per month tariff) asking me to stay, in the end got n95 8gb in black on a 12 month contract free. including spiderman 3 full film, sat nav, cables to play games films through telly.
dont accept old n95 with upgraded 8 gb card as this causes it problems make sure it is black, did the same last year and year before and got 1 every time.

Really?? i've just got a n95 8gb for nothing, I've been with them for about 8 or so years, pay roughly about £70 per month on contract, thought you would spend much more than that if it is for business. In fact they've just put me onto this tariff along with some international additions i need and some web access package.

Unlimited use for phone as a 3G modem which plugs in to my laptop when needed or I surf the web from the handset for email etc. 1000 minutes in calls to any phone, at least a couple of hours of international calls and about 100 international texts, I will be lucky to get a bill to come to £25!
Negotiate and be smart!
Thats £50 more fuel to put in scooby!
