Is that for real? I could dispense with my better half, get one of those and spend £500 a week on South American hookers and still be better off.........

You could save on the hookers if you bought the 3 hole version ...

Nice idea, but where to put it, how much does it cost to run, you still have to take all the shirts on and off though, don't you?

I get all my washed shirts/trousers/ironable stuff together, stick them in a few large bags, then take them down to the ironing shop, about once every 10 weeks.

Costs around 80p per item, can even get them picked up and delivered as part of the service.

Jobs a good 'un.

If you are wearing a shirt 5 days a week, and you get them ironed every 10 weeks, you must have 50 shirts??

That is about right. It is actually more as I occasionally wear shirts on the weekend. Add in trousers etc and anything that needs ironing and I tend to take quite a bit of stuff down there when I go.

My last lot was about 60 items, cost about £48. Worth every penny for me as I would not want to do that lot myself, even in weekly chunks.

Saves on time and labour, also on having an iron and board at home.

Works for me.

Regarding number of shirts, I used to work for a 'Designer/lifestyle' brand, so got 65% off, and only shop in the cheapest of places for clothes, ie NOT the UK.

Doesn't take long for them to build up.

Whatever works for you.

Do you know what the full retail price was please?

Just out of curiousity.
