Default they bought a dog... it's a CHORKIE

after going on and on to my dad, he has now given up and let my sister and mum have a new dog. The last dog died about 8yrs ago (Rhodesian Ridgeback) and now they go from a big dog to a small fur ball... a chorkie!!! and named it Poppy

they're are a chihuahua crossed with a Yorkshire terrier!!

its been with them a week and is now 8 weeks old, its bluudy tiny! lol it seems to poo and pee all over!

not sure if its not a fashion accessory for my sister.

anyone else got one?

No, but my auntie has a three month old Porkie, or is that a a Yoodle - Poodle/Yorkie cross. Great little dog, seems to like my socks too. Full of energy, runs around in circles for about an hour, crashes out for 15 minutes, then repeat.

aww shes lovely..

I went to a Hearing Dogs for the Deaf training centre a few weeks back, and they had ..cockerpoos..!! cocker spaniel and poodle cross.

They are bred especially by the Hearing Dogs people for their temprement, low hair shedding, and ability to learn..

I nearly stole one of the 4 week old pups, and have requested one for christmas but I don't think Santa will cooperate

my sisters staffy pup ( well he is nearly a year) has a strange fascination with socks.. must be a puppy thing

Staffy's made for a good dog in the house, they're great with kids. We used to have one, no good as a gaurd dog though... soft as grease LOL

now the Ridgback would'nt let anyone past the utility room door if it didn't know them!

That is well cute! What size will she get full grown? That's the sort of dog I could handle, but the husband might get some funny looks if he took it out for a walk!

That looks ideal as a pet. It won't eat children, or lay whopping great logs on the pavement. You could let it crap in the back garden and flirt it over next door's, they'd never know

Me and my bro used to do that with my mums Chihuahua craps, we used one of them short handled shovels (you know the wide metal ones) flip the poo in to the air and whacked it, points for who ever got it the furthest, bonus points for the loudest 'tink' sound the shovel made when contact with it and the jobbie were made.

Nice wee dog Salsa.

Jeesus, why would anyone want to cross two of the most nippy, arsey, and agressive little ******* breeds

That thing is well cute Phil, but my God, it will probably grow up to be some deranged mentalist dog

Think of the rabbit in Monty Python's Holy Grail movie
