Been caught out by a Nigerian Scammer?
Well, I get a strange impression that we have just been visited by 3 of them.
Just went into our reception, and found 3 nigerian guys...
Holy ****, when I saw what they had. 50+ Nokia and other branded phones, all in boxes, some used, some brand new. As they were packing them, they were removing any extra's that were in the boxes.
I am 99% sure they are Ebay scammers, as apparently they visit us once every couple of weeks.
Sadly they are not breaking the law sending them to Nigeria.
They did NOT look happy when I walked in and filmed them.
Sorry if this comes across the wrong way, but from what I saw, I cant think of too many other good explainations.

Advertised a car on autotrader the other day...within 24hours an email comes through saying along the lines "wanting to buy car how much please and can you tell me condition and send photos please what is the price thankyou"
OK, I humoured him. Then he replied and said he was buying and wanted to ship it to Canada....Mmm Kayyy .
So I told him I would ship it to him free of charge using my collegue's ship: The USS Enterprise. And signed off as "Scotty"
The hotmail account was deactivated not long after that so I had no reply

Na far from it mate, but sadly neither side of the waters authorities does anything to protect the UK from the scamming trade which is taking a hold on the country.
Its the most notorious country for it, and is the only country as a whole that people identify with as being con artists.
The was a course running in Lagos University a few years back teaching people planning to come to the UK, the best ways to make the most of the UK benefits system. A Uni, TEACHING you how to scam!

I've been emailing one of these Nigerian scammers for a couple weeks. He's claiming that I'm going to receive a 50/50 split of a $10.5 Million bank account.
At the moment, he thinks that my name is Chris Hansen who coincidentally is the host of a popular show in the US called To Catch a Predator, my work address is the Pentagon, and my home shares the address with the White House.
Oh, if he tries to call me over the phone, the FBI will answer.
Oddly enough, the email address seems to be French.

They are great, i love keeping them going for weeks with e-mails.
A very dodgy character near where i work was recently well and truly scammed by 3 Nigerians who where selling laptops.
He looked one over thought 'I will have some of that'' £200 each sir'' well he walked to the bank 80ft away and bought 3 PC bags each containing 3 water bottles, £600 for 9 bottles of what looked like p#ss.
Ohh how i cried laughing at him, he is one big guy too and he is not happy about having his trousers taken down.
