Not the most attractive house, but very nicely done inside. The electric gates sold it for me

FFS. Its 6 miles away, I assocciate it being Oldham area. How can you say its stalybrige/hyde area when no ****er knows where that is unless theyre from round there? (Hence why he asked is this in the north )

Anyway, no its not posh.

Yep, up north, just near Royston Vasey.

You get more for your money that side of Manchester, ours is a similar price range but not that big in comparison but its in Cheshire so you get less house wise but less location wise, with the dubious benefots of welathy orange women, footballers and people from Corrie living nearby.

In cheshure that would be 800k-ish
