its not oldham area,its more stalybridge/hyde,and its not the poshest area in the world,(no offence)..... but the house is stunning.

Yep, up north, just near Royston Vasey.

You get more for your money that side of Manchester, ours is a similar price range but not that big in comparison but its in Cheshire so you get less house wise but less location wise, with the dubious benefots of welathy orange women, footballers and people from Corrie living nearby.

In cheshure that would be 800k-ish
