Question Which Sat Nav ????

Looking at getting sat nav, which one do you recommend.

Been looking at either the Tom Tom 1 XL or the Tom Tom 910 ...

Any ideas ?

Cheers

I did and it isnt , Evesham Bluemedia BM6300 TMC has it too

I have a Tomtom One series 2 and see no reason to change it, works well worldwide (Europe and USA)

Have a look at the new TomTom 720T (this has TMC too!) - it's the dogs bs - very impressed with it - the best TomTom that I have owned.

I've got SatNav on my smart phone, works perfectly well and it's practical to remove it from the car as well.

To be honest Nate, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Garmin's or TomTom's.

I had a 910 Nate and it went back because the screen was faulty. I bought a TTom One which is now updated to the TomTom ONE v3 and is selling on Amazon at the moment for £127 which is pretty cheap. I really like it.

Have plumped for the Go 720, and (being the first sat nav I have owned) I am suitably impressed with it ..... So far, + I have already reported a wrong turn .

I have used other sat navs in the past (unknown makes), and have always been put off, because of how rubbish they were.

I had a look at garmins today and they did look impressive.

I use a sony navu-n51 and it is quite good, didn't pay sod all though so can't argue there.

Can the garmins search for shopping centres or petrol stations and are the map updates commonplace?

Im tempted to get one myself.
