Lanzarote

Just said good-bye to my little brother who heads off in the morning to start a new life in Lanzarote!

22 years old and ready to take on the world !

We're very close and I'm gutted!

Awesome views over there, great scenery with all the lava rock that the place is made of...

What's he going to do??

He got all his Pub qualifications, bar management, license.. etc, so he should be able to find bar work.. he was a bar manager over here.

I know Crete falls flat on it's **** with regard to pubs and stuff, even then, the whole place is like a ghost town in winter.

Hope he's got a good back up plan.

hes aiming for the quieter side, not the clubs and pubs!

i love lanzarote, carmen is crap apart from the lovely old town!

Femara on the west coast is a must but i think all of it is nice apart from some of tigese? and new carmen .

Just come back from Costa Teguise - very nice but you could tell they were getting ready for a bit of an end of season shut down, think a lot of the pubs were just staying open cos the Rugby World Cup was on.
