TIME FOR THE TRUTH
How many of us, cant do up the top button or zip on your jeans/trousers (who wears trousers ) I thought i was 13 stone, but obviously not, the scales are obviously spiteful. But my misses has for some unkown reason shrunk the waist on all my jeans.

As of this morning I can now get on a pair of trousers that I couldn't get anywhere near six weeks ago. I can just about get my leathers on but there's too much of a "muffin top" yet. Another month should sort that.

I had this exact issue...checked my weight, no more heavier than before, but my jeans were getting tighter and tighter, so I buy some new pair one size bigger and the only way to hold them up was with a belt - they were that loose
Turns out my jeans were being washed at 50-60 degrees instead of the maximum 40c they should be washed, then dried to a frazzle by being sat smouldering in the dryer for 60mins when it should be 30mins and a quick iron. Result is they all shrunk.

Hmmm, using the magic wash basket does have its drawbacks
My excuse is that my old Neff washer/dryer nearly caught fire - haven't used it since
Never fear, My new Meiles will soon be here

I remember a good few years ago I had a Damart thermolactyl vest - top of the range, antarctic-quality garment, and quite expensive at the time. Me Mam did a load of washing for us (as a favour ) and boiled the bugger. It wouldn't have fitted Little Frank when it came out.

My weight varies by about 1/2 stone all the time I'm 6'3" and I used to be nearly 18stone but a few years ago I got down to 11 stone (I looked like I had come from a prisoner of war camp!).. I kind of fluctuate between 12.5 and 13 stone now, which is a pain lol!
