so we final got the keys after alot of messing around by the solicitors but as we didnt get them till 4 oclock today we didnt get any thing done !! so the fun and games starts tomorrow?! its all a bit scary at the mo and has seemed more real today standing in an empty house and relise that iv brought a house its the biggest impulse buy i think il ever do lmao

Its a nice feeling isnt it. I moved into my first home on 24 August. All that stuff about it being hard isn't true if you've planned it well!

Our mortgage is only slightly over what we paid rent.. I know shocking... and we have money to spare.

Its nice to paint a room, you own, rather than basically doing someone elses house up for free..
